Exchange Policy

How do I exchange a product?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

🚨 Important: Exchange is not applicable for products purchased under sale or international orders.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Visit www.9shineslabel.com
  2. Go to Get Help → Exchange
  3. Submit your request via Exchange Portal

Exchange Process Timeline:

  • Reverse Pickup: 3-7 days
  • Warehouse Arrival: 10-15 days
  • Quality Check (QC): Once passed, exchange will be initiated

🔹 Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.

📌 The above timelines are the maximum time taken for the exchange process to be completed.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange:

❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Worn or washed items
❌ Customized products (e.g., size, length adjustments)
❌ Products listed under the Sale section

Refund for Price Differences

If the exchanged product has a price difference:

  • The remaining amount will be processed as a gift card within 5-7 working days after receiving and verifying the product in our warehouse.
