What is your Exchange policy?
Exchanges are valid for 7 days from the delivery date, subject to conditions. Sale, discounted, and international orders are not eligible. Reverse pickup takes 3β7 days, with 10β15 days for the product to reach our warehouse for QC and processing. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Customized or altered sizes are not eligible for exchange.
